Damon S. Winter LUTCF^®, CFS^®, FSCP^®, CES™, CIS™

Raised in Southern Oregon, Damon Winter witnessed and experienced the harsh economic effects of the 1980’s recession. Determined to rise above and make a positive difference, Damon entered the financial services profession, focusing on retirees, families, and business owners. For over three decades, Damon has utilized his distinctive listening skills, unique experience, and extensive training to assist others in crafting strategies to manage risk, control taxes, and make informed financial decisions.  

Damon, Co-Founder of OnMark Asset Management, has been a Top of the Table and Court of the Table member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT *), and is a Gold Knight with the MDRT Foundation. Damon has earned advanced designations from the American College and the College for Financial Planning, among others, and he is a Past-President of the NW Oregon National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. 

Damon values spending time with family and friends near the mountains and beaches of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He also enjoys reading, writing, traveling, and going to the gym. 

Damon has led financial literacy and money management classes in churches and high schools, and he serves as the Advisory Committee Director for Hearts of Fire International Ministries.

*Qualifying membership in the MDRT is based on minimum commission and gross
 business generated within a year. Each MDRT status designation is granted for one year
 only until lifetime membership is achieved after 10 years; otherwise, all members must
 apply every year to continue their a􀆯iliation with the Million Dollar Round Table.
